There are no refunds for early departures. During the Christmas and New Years holidays a 50% deposit is required. A deposit of one-half (1/2) of the reservation is required to confirm with a minimum deposit equal to one nights stay. We provide parking at the daily rate of $10.00 plus 6% tax. Our property is inappropriate for children under the age of 18 years. Airline/Hospitality Industry rates on request. Any guest who chooses not to comply with the policy, will be charged a $150.00 cleaning fee and will be removed from the property by local officials. Smoking Policy: ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING.
